We are seeking a qualified Procurement Officer to manage purchasing activities and ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services for fit-out projects.
Responsibilities:

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.

Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.

Ensure materials meet project specifications and quality standards.
-
Coordinate with site, store, and project teams to meet material requirements.
-
Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Maintain procurement records, supplier database, and reports.
-
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement (fit-out or construction experience preferred).

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
-
Good knowledge of local suppliers and materials.
-
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is essential).

Experience in GCC projects is an advantage.
