We are looking for a qualified Site Engineer to supervise and manage interior fit-out works on site, ensuring projects are executed according to drawings, specifications, and timelines.
Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities for interior fit-out works.

Ensure execution as per approved shop drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with foremen, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Monitor work quality, progress, and safety on site.

Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

Coordinate with design and project management teams.
-
Identify and resolve site technical issues.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in interior design / fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of finishing works (gypsum, carpentry, flooring, painting, MEP coordination).

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and BOQs.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-
Experience in GCC projects is an advantage.
